Completed in 2006 with Clague architects, The Strode Park Rehability Centre facilitates the recovery of acute stroke clients or those injured in accidents.

In 2007, the centre won ‘Special Award’ for best ‘Healthcare project’ in the public category. 

Typically, accommodation of this type undermines patients interest in their immediate environment but by making the shift from patient to client focused design, spaces begin to engage you and surfaces become tactile, thereby becoming part of your recovery.
